Both parties agree that, upon dispatch of the order, transportation becomes the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics provider. At that point, full ownership of the product(s) transfers to the buyer, and all associated risks and liabilities during transit shall be borne by the buyer.

All risks and liabilities related to the products also transfer to you at that time.
